Our Building Process

We will arrange a time to meet onsite or wherever is most convenient. Here we can go over your design and plans. If you aren’t at planning stage just yet, but want us to be your builder, we would love to pass you on to our local professionals who we work with day in day out. We understand them and they understand how we build, this creates a seamless flow between you, us and the design.

About Our Rockhampton House Builders Team

Wolf Constructions was founded with one mission in mind: to raise the bar for home building projects and the experience every family has when building their new dream home. This mission is infused into everything we do, from how we design our house and land packages to recruiting new Wolf team members.

Knowing that the path to building your own home can be a long one, our team works to ensure the whole process is seamless and tailored to your family’s needs from day one. Whether you need support applying for local council approval or finalising house plans, we work hands-on at every stage of your project to ensure our customers receive a complete, stress-free experience.

Design

Concept and Costing – During pre-construction, we will guide you through the choice of various layouts, inclusions and finishes. We provide preliminary costings and assess your site for suitability.

Once the floorplan is finalised and all inclusions are agreed on, we will provide you with the final Building Specifications letter and the new home building contract can be signed. Wolf Constructions will then arrange the preliminary works such as engineering, soil testing and submit building application to council as soon as deposit is paid. Once the deposit is paid your build is now in our system and ready to be built.

Construct

During the build you will have direct contact with the Tyler, we welcome our customers to get in touch with us as much as they wish and site inspections with us are welcomed. We will provide you with updates throughout the entirety of the build.

This is the exciting part- everything you have dreamt and planned for begins to take shape. Prior to handover you will be invited to a final inspection of your new home, any imperfections will be noted and rectified so the home we deliver, is exactly as you expected it. We strive to achieve transparency with our clients and promise no hidden surprises will be found after you move in.

After all the final details are in order and approval/certification has been met, we will hand you over the keys to your new home!

Exceed

We can guarantee that our dedicated team has worked extremely hard on your new home. Wolf Constructions also provides ongoing support and warranty – three months after the handover we will get in contact to ensure everything is working as it should. There will be a 6 month maintenance period which any issues that may arise after hand over will be attended
