STEP 1: Initial Consultation

We start with a friendly chat to understand your vision, needs, and budget. This is where we assess if we’re the right fit for each other and give you a rough estimate of your investment. You’ll gain a clear understanding of what to expect, ensuring your dream home is within reach and perfectly aligned with your vision.

STEP 2: Design & Planning

Our expert team collaborates with you to design a home that fits your lifestyle. We consider every detail, from layout to landscaping, ensuring it’s ready to move into right away. Your home will be uniquely tailored to your needs, blending practicality, style, and comfort seamlessly Once the floorplan is finalised and all inclusions are agreed on, we will provide you with the final Building Specifications letter and the contract can be signed.

Step 3: Pre-Construction

Preparation Before we break ground, we handle all the necessary permits and approvals. We also provide a detailed timeline and keep you informed every step of the way. You’ll have peace of mind knowing every aspect of your project is managed efficiently and transparently, with no unwanted surprises.

Step 4: Construction

Our skilled team gets to work, ensuring top-notch craftsmanship and attention to detail. We maintain open communication, so you’re always in the loop about progress. Experience a stress-free building process with a team you can trust, resulting in a high-quality home built to last.

Step 5: Handover & Move-In

Once construction is complete, we conduct a thorough inspection with you to ensure everything is perfect. Your home is now ready for you to move in and start creating beautiful memories. We also provide ongoing support and warranty- three months after handover we will be in contact to make sure everything is working as it should. There will also be a 6 month maintenance period which any issues that may arise will be attended to. Enjoy stepping into your fully finished, custom-built home without any hassle.
